Mode 2 — Signed in (your own shelf)

A Library Key gives you a persistent shelf: saved books and recommendation history. Keys begin with PCL1-.

Steps

1. Check availability: GET https://pagecompass.onrender.com/api/library/v1/availability
2. Create a library only when explicitly wanted: POST /api/library/v1 with body {}
3. The library_key appears exactly once. Store it in a credential vault. Never in a chat, URL, or log.
4. Verify: GET /api/library/v1/me with Authorization: Bearer <key>. Require HTTP 200 and the expected account_id.
5. Save books, read history, rotate or revoke as needed.

Scope warning

Library Keys never grant billing, uploads, admin, narration, or OAuth access. Connections start read-only unless the human approves more.
